Return and Refund Policy
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason.After cancelling your order, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned, as far as reasonably possible:
in the same condition as received;
unworn and unused beyond what is necessary to inspect it;
with tags, if applicable;
in its original packaging, if reasonably possible;
with proof of purchase or order number.
Because we sell vintage and second-hand football shirts, minor signs of wear, age, washing, fading, bobbling, or print cracking may be present. These characteristics are part of the nature of vintage items and do not automatically qualify as defects if they were shown or described on the product page.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us first at:

Please include:
your order number;
the item(s) you would like to return;
the reason for the return, where relevant.
After your request has been reviewed, we will send you the return instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is incorrect or materially not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. FT90Shirts is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
If a returned item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If you return the full order under your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full order amount, including the original standard shipping costs.
If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We may reduce the refund if the item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, resulting in a loss of value.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
the wrong item; or
an item with damage or a defect that was not shown or described on the product page,
please contact us as soon as possible at info@ft90shirts.com so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Because our products are vintage and second-hand, minor wear or age-related signs that were clearly shown or described are not considered damage.
Condition and Product Disclosure
We aim to provide a complete and accurate presentation of every item we sell.
Any major flaws or imperfections are highlighted in the product listing.
Size information is clearly stated on the product page.
If a shirt fits differently from the labelled size, we aim to mention this in the description where relevant.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will review the situation carefully and, where appropriate, determine whether you are eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
gift cards;
personalised or custom-made items;
items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery;
items returned without prior return approval;
sale items, unless they are incorrect or materially not as described.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
This right applies only insofar as the returned item is sent back in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law.
