By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products – Vintage & Authenticity

FT90Shirts sells authentic vintage and retro football shirts.

All items are 100% authentic
All products are pre-owned / vintage unless stated otherwise
Items may show signs of wear due to age
Any major defects are clearly described or shown in photos

By purchasing, you accept the vintage condition of the product.

FT90Shirts is not affiliated with or endorsed by any football clubs or brands, including but not limited to FC Barcelona or Manchester United.
All trademarks remain property of their respective owners.

Prices & Payments

All prices are in EUR (€)
Payments must be completed before shipment
We reserve the right to change prices at any time
Customers outside the EU are responsible for import duties and taxes
If taxes are shown as €0, the product is sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods. Under this scheme, VAT is included in the price and cannot be specified separately on the invoice.
Invoices are available upon request. Please contact us at info@ft90shirts.com to receive your invoice.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days worldwide
Free shipping from €149,95
Tracking provided where available

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

If a parcel is delivered to a pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting it.
Failure to do so may result in additional costs.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions:

Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags (if applicable)

Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refunds

Full order amount (including standard shipping) will be refunded
Refunds processed within 5 business days after receiving return

If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs are not refunded

We may reduce the refund if the item shows excessive use beyond normal inspection.

Important:
Vintage items may show normal wear. This is not considered damage.

Product Care

Washing instructions may be provided on product pages.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing or care.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FT90Shirts is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Shipping delays or losses caused by third parties
Damage due to misuse or improper care

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law.

To violate intellectual property rights
To distribute malware or harmful content

We may terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Club names, logos, and brands remain property of their respective owners.
